  • Today, we did a Thinking Wrong exercise. John Bielnberg, he randomly points to a word on a page of a book after one of us had chosen a number. We then broke into groups, each with their own word. That word was put in the center of a huge sheet of paper, and then we wrote and drew everything that came to mind from that word. Then from all those words, we thought of other words, and on and on.

The human brain tends to think along pre-determined linear thought pathways. Such linear thinking can inhibit true innovation and creative exploration. Project M will encourage, and provide techniques for, “thinking wrong” to generate new ideas and design directions to challenge the status-quo.
